My online career began at the leading online retailer of consumer electronics, Crutchfield, where I served as the company’s first VP, E-commerce. Under my leadership, Crutchfield.com received “best of the web” recognition from Time.com, Forbes, and Kiplinger’s.
I also served as VP, Business Development and VP, Website Effectiveness at RKG (now Merkle), where I landed some of the firm’s largest paid search clients and provided website consulting for online retailers and B2B publishers including:

I’ve had the honor of teaching for Marketing Profs University and have been a guest lecturer on website usability and e-commerce at The University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and McIntire School of Commerce.
